Description A dark amber to black coloured honey with aromas of bush blossom and molasses. It is full-bodied, strong and sweet in flavour with a thick syrup-like consistency. We select the most premium honey from the season – this honey is filled with beneficial properties. It is very high in antioxidants, prebiotics and antimicrobial activity – with a Total Activity rating of 35 (the highest possible level). The dwutta or Eucalyptus Todtiana (also known as blackbutt tree) flowers in the Australian summer months of December to February. It is endemic to the Southwest Australia Biodiversity Hotspot.
